We are excited to share a new report titled "Preparing Tennessee Students for College, Career, and the Future.” Published by College Promise, this report provides valuable insights into tnAchieves’ evolution in innovating and scaling comprehensive student supports. You will also find an in-depth overview of tnAchieves' impact, including commentary from state and national leaders regarding the post-secondary and workforce implications of our work. We hope this report provides perspective on the evolution of tnAchieves, and how we are working to ensure Tennessee’s future workforce is prepared to meet 21st century workforce demands.

Below are three highlights you can expect to find in the report:

  • An explanation of how tnAchieves crafted and implements a statewide proactive coaching model. Results of this program show that participants are 6X more likely to graduate from college than their peers.

  • The value of community partnerships, and tnAchieves’ model for conceptualizing, piloting, studying and scaling programs.

  • tnAchieves’ willingness to share their findings. The landmark TN Promise program has given tnAchieves the opportunity to inspire the development of more than 430 different Promise program programs in all 50 states.
